This part of the trip went along the Brittany coast. I loved this area so much the food the people the sea. It was so interesting with all of the history and cultural mix from celtic origins, actually before that. There were sites of interest all along the way , castles, churches, monoliths and alignments ( stones all lined up facing certain directions in Carnac amazing.

huge monolith, imagine, this was imported from afar by man, no trucks or machines...
this was one of several I found intact but empty. The benefit of many rainy windy days in a row is that no one goes along the beach so there was much to find when I braved the elements.
on to Mont_Saint-Michel
the tide was out and people took tours out on the sand , there are areas of quick sand so it is dangerous, guides are needed.
My brother would love this sand surfing!
My nephew would love this a house of BUTTER! La Maison Du Burre in St. Malo
